Description: Excellent example of Patrick Henry signed document dated, October 25, 1785. This item has been professionally framed and has glass on both sides to show the document, including signatures on both sides. Document is velum and glass on both sides is U/V museum glass, to protect the document. I purchased years ago and previous owner said claims the document was signed during an attack by indians and the reverse side shows bloody hand prints. I don't have any information to confirm if this is true however, there are clearly signs of dark staining on the reverse which is why I wanted to have it framed this way. It's clear this document is authentic for many reasons, including the seal that is rising up off the velum, etc., and as such, I never sought to pay the unnecessary fee to have this shipped to JSA or PSA. However, I offer a 100% guarantee if the buyer decides to have this authenticated by JSA, Beckett or PSA and the authentication is questionable! So, no risk to you! Frame measurements are: 29"x 26" x 2" and is very heavy due to the type of framing and double glass. It has hooks on both sides to hang it. Shipping: UPS professionally packaged and shipped with full insurance and signature confirmation. Be sure to check out my other items listed.
