Description: i got this card on april 19, 2022 during japanese class. there was a pokemon naming game being conducted by two boys a year older than me. i got all of the pokemon names wrong but i still made them give me a card. i put it in my back pocket and it got bent. i asked a freshman in my math class the next period if the card was worth anything. he said it wasn’t worth much because i had bent it. i decided to keep the card in my phone case. in the following months, one of the boys i got the card from became increasingly more weird. i caught him sniffing my hair once. after i realized how inane that was, i wanted to burn the card. i never really got around to it. last month, a felon i worked with asked me if i liked his shoes. they were a pair of jordan 11s. i did like them, on him at least, but i told him i wouldn’t wear them. he said he wouldn’t expect much more from a girl with a pokemon card in her phone case. i told him i was planning on burning it because of the aforementioned details but he said i should sell in on ebay instead. i looked it up and google said the card was worth 35 cents. we had a good laugh. the felon got fired three weeks later. i don’t think the instances were related. i miss the felon.
