I was surprised to see that in this catalog they are selling a silencer - only they name it a "Sound-Moderator" - except approval by the police is needed before purchase. Very good to excellent condition overall. No interior markings or stains. No torn or bent pages. No library markings. Binding sound. All text and photos clean and clear.
