You have a Parker Global Vehicle Motor (GVM) & Parker Global Vehicle Inverter (GVI) attached to what appears to be a hydraulic tank/reservoir. The complete setup appears to be an electro-hydraulic powerpack of some sort, or possibly an Electro-hydraulic Pump (EHP). Condition: New without manufacturers box. Item has some damage that occurred during shipping (see photos). I have inspected the item to the best of my ability and have highlighted, with a red circle, the two areas of damage that I have noticed. The inverter cover was cracked open exposing/denting some of the capacitors. Not sure if this impacted the functionality of the inverter, but it would either need to be repaired or replaced. The edge of the plastic cover on the motor has a chip taken out of it, looks to be purely cosmetic. Due to this items technical nature we don't have the ability to plug it in and test it for complete functionality, so for this reason we are selling it in the "for parts, or not working" condition category.
