None of the marks are deep in nature. The crystal appears to be free from any major imperfections warranting replacement. The strap is in good condition. There are some signs of wear but nothing that we believe would warrant replacement. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional straps to include with the purchase. The service history of the watch is unknown. However, the watch does not need a service. The purchase comes with a one year, in house, limited warranty on the movement of the watch.
