I used my own Sony power supply for testing So I was able to get the screen to display as shown. This doe not have a memory card so not sure if that is need to operate any of the onscreen functions. Nothing happened when I pushed any of the buttons. I could not get the lens to show anything though the view finder. So again I'm not sure if it's user error or a defective unit. Selling as is as explained. No returns or refunds
