Pamela Rankin-Smith (1918-2013) was a photographer, Ikebana flower arranger, model, etc. She was interested in taking photographs of celebrities in the arts & literature, the best of which she published in her book, "Perfectly Candid" (Station Hill Press, 1994) which printed over 70 of her photographs. This photograph of Heller, probably from around 1990, may have been done with her book in mind. Provenance: a Scott Daniel auction from 2021. Very good.
