Description: Palmer Plastics was a manufacturer of classic five-and-dime store toys from the 1940s through the 1970s. Your mom might have bought you a Palmer toy at Snyder Bros or Ben Franklin. One of their specialties was water pistols in a variety of creative shapes and bright colors. For sale here is their “Pee Wee” model, in orange.
