The 4 footed base supports a scalloped edge plate. The piece measures approx. 4 3/4" in diameter and is approx. 2 1/4" at the tallest. Made in the USA. Previously owned and enjoyed but in lovely, well cared for condition. Shows light signs of expected type of wear to the flat surface which holds the wine bottle.
