Description: This is a great striking pair of vintage Oil Paintings -The mounting is very unusual with Inset Landscapes In Diamond Shaped Frames.The paintings are original and really well painted, the frames are gold and black velvet. The paintings are in very good condition; the frames could use a touch up, I like them as is, but they could be repainted gold.Measure 18" across x 14" tall, the canvases are 7 1/4" x 9 1/4".I think they are from the 1940s. I love them but I live in a small NYC apartment and am thinning out my collection.Please examine pix and email questions.
