The items I will be selling from this point on are being sold from my estate and from the estates of friends and relatives. These two Japanese Sword Menuki belonged to a friend on mine that recently passed away. I found them with some other Japanese sword parts that recently sold in my other listings. These two Japanese Sword Menuki are excellent overall and are a fairly large 2 inch size (see photos). I don't collect Japanese sword art and don't have an idea of value but a Japanese sword collector said they are a good size and not often found in this larger size (see photos). Both menuki appear to be a matched set and have nice gold highlights (see photos). This is a nice/clean set of two original Japanese menuki that would be excellent for display with a Japanes sword collection or to mount on the appropriate sword.
