Description: Description These wonderful tiles were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. They have a great brown glaze, a raised design and feature a Greek man and a Shakespearean man. The backs are pretty clean and they are unmarked. Your bid buys both. Each measures 4.25 inches square. Overall they are in good condition. They have light wear on the high spots. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
