Description: Pair of beautiful antique original Impressionist Landscape Cottage Oil Paintings. These were done by the same artist, but only one signature found on one painting. *The other painting may or may not be hiding another signature under the frame. The signature is illegible; unknown artist. One painting feature a cottage by the ocean with a mountain range in the background. The other painting features a homestead with a barn building out in the country with a small body of water (pond) in the front. Each wooden frame measures approx. 19-7/8" Long x 16" High x 2-1/8" Deep. Each canvas measures approx. 16-1/8" Long x 12" High x 5/8" Deep. Paintings are in ACCEPTABLE, PRE-OWNED condition. Both paintings will need a cleaning; some yellowing located near the clouds. The cottage painting has some cracking aging; a line runs along a corner located above the lower right-hand corner. Frames have finish wear, chipping, cracking, paint loss, blemishes, and soiling. Frames will need some wood filler in some areas and a new paint job. Paintings sold as pictured.
