Diameter is 7 3/4-inches with a 24 Karat band and gold dot border. Condition is excellent. This plate is numbered 117 of 5000 and it comes with the original Certificate of Authenticity, Descriptive Post Card and box. The box shows scuffing on one outer edge. The official plate description on the back of the included Post Card says in part: "Mother's Angels", the 1999 Mother's Day Plate by world renowned artist, P. Buckley Moss is her last Mother's Day plate in this millennium. A young mother with flowing hair lovingly cradles her newborn infant and to her left and right, angels pray for the child's well-being. One can see the twinkle in the mothers eyes as she protects her young baby with warmth and love. "Mother's Angels" features a border of perfect little red and golden hearts...........
