Description: This listing is for an oxford applied research nanodep system with mass filter and liquid nitrogen cooling assembly. please note, at the time of decommissioning there were cables to connect both the mass filter and the sputter power supply to the nanodep system. At this time I have been able to locate the cable for the sputter gun, but NOT the cables for the mass filter. 6 more crates of cables and other parts to search for.... If this system is purchased before the cables are located, a best effort will be made to ship the unit with them if possible. System comes with control computer with oxford software.
