Showing a disease-ridden fly, the poster advertises the health benefits of the new "Modern Approved Sanitary Privy" with Disease being outwitted by community sanitation. Older generations affectionately referred to privies as the Outhouse. This may be one of the earliest examples of the governments interest in how people "crap".
