The chain is silver, possibly sterling, the applied Christ and the INRI are silver. The center piece is not and the cross base is not. The crucifix has three layers, the steel back cross, the ebony wood cross and the silver crucifix and inri . The medallion depicts Our Lady of Lourdes facing right on front and Jesus Christ with Heart of Jesus on reverse side. It appears to be brass base metal to me, not sure because it has not been cleaned The beads are Ten Decade Ebony wood with carved spacers.
