Description: A fine antique solid silver table box with ornate embossed scroll and floral mounts. Unmarked but tests* as solid silver and bears an inscription to the underside of the base of masonic interest which reads: To Brother James Arnott from Brother J Procter Watson 1913 Offered in good condition with no dents or dings. Two of the small feet are slightly pushed in as pictured but doesn't affect the way that it stands.Measures 13cms x 8cms. *Please see final photo for the silver test. Only sterling silver will turn the acid blood red as pictured. A piece of hallmarked sterling silver is also tested and pictured for comparison purposes only (not included). Weight 196g (no lining or weighting).
