It shows the face of "Teddy Roosevelt" licking his chops at the "newbies" trying to Carrier Qualify. It is from VT-21 (Kingsville, TX) back before they were BRAC'ed. This patch has "a thin-plastic" backing, a "merrowed black" border, no velcro, and with the dimensions in the photos...the ruler on the right is 6".
