Description: ORIGINAL WWII US ARMY ENLISTED MEN 1ST CAVALRY DIVISION TUNIC- NAMED This is a fine example of an original WW2 1st Cavalry Division enlisted tunic. The jacket, includes its original insignia consisting Private First Class grade, U.S. collar and infantry devices. The jacket also bears the following decorations at the ribbon bar: Asiatic Pacific Campaign; Good Conduct Medal; American Defense and Bronze Star. The uniform also has a rupture duck and four overseas bars. Size about 38 - 40R. The uniform is in excellent condition and is ideal for displaying and preserving military history. As an 100% original historical artifact from the Second World War era, therefore shows natural wear and tear resulting from age and regular use during the period. For experienced collectors, this natural wear of the piece is even desirable, because it is visually attractive and helps to confirm its originality.
