Description: Vintage, original cigarette lighter from the US Navy Commander Amphibious Force Seventh Fleet, Rear Admiral Francis Joseph Blouin. Admiral Blouin later serves as the Secretary of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Nicely engraved on both sides, with attachments as seen in the photos. The wheel is very stiff, possibly stuck, so I cannot attest to whether the flint sparks or not. There is no charring to the wick, so it may have never been used to light anything (or the wick was replaced). The surface does show some wear - scuffing and surface scratches, but is still in quite good condition. Comes with the original box as well.
