Description: A framed & matted "Storyteller Dolls" artwork in clay & watercolor media by Laverne Elliott (1932-2018). A native New Mexican of Cherokee & Scotch-Irish heritage, in the 1960s she began depicting the Pueblo Indian "Storytellers" surrounded by small children. The frame does have some scratches on it that I think can be wiped with furniture polish or something similar. The clay figures & painting are as they were originally, as near as I can tell. Muted colors. Zoom in on my pictures & be acquainted with every aspect of this interesting piece of art. The frame is 14x8". Shipping will be packed well, actual cost, Priority Mail. Thanks for looking!
