Description: I believe this is an original studio-issued photo, not a reprint. The color is exquisite and the clarity as well. It has an inventory or shooting sequencing number in the right lower corner that is old. And odd. Though reversed in the photo it does not change when the horizontal digital reverse is done online but stays reversed. It came from a huge fan album done during Monroe's lifetime. Many movie stills from early fifties to 1961 were in the same pages as this one. Numerous store-bought or mass produced images came later. The Album was completed in 1962. Tape ruined many of the photos with yellowing but this was done more carefully. Ultimately I don't know the provenance but am struck by the quality. Have not seen this particular image before. Will ship First Class with Tracking or any other way of the buyers choice. All sales are final. I have not misrepresented it in any way.
