This is a fantastic and elaborate 1920s straw cloche hat covered with velvet and silk flowers. This is in good condition as shown with a some damage to the silk lining. It is shown on a mannequin with a 21" head, but as a cloche it should fit most heads. It has a designer label I can't quite make out except for the words "Paris and New York". A very special hat!
