Description: This great old carriage lamp was probably made in the last quarter of the 19th c. It features beveled glass in the front and on the right side and a red lens in the back (cracked but solid)It is primarily composed of iron, brass and silver or nickel plated steel on the reflective interior. The reservoir stem still has its fabric wick and retention spring. The overall length of the lamp is 18". and the width is 4.5" and the depth is 7 1/4". The lamp in in generally good condition with minor signs of wear and use. Stock number SA2D-193
