No holes or tears or wear throughs. Sleeve is clean and brightly colored. Record has popped through on each of the fours sides along roughly 25-33% of each side. The album shows but one notable instance of wear; a light scratch that emanates out from the middle slightly more than the entirety of the very last song on side 2. Sits nice and flat. NOTE: Not tested... I have no turntable to test it on and cannot atest to how well it plays.
