Description: Fine antique hand woven Tekke Turkoman Juval or Chuval. This is a fine classic hand woven Turkoman Juval. The basic field is wine red in colour. It has six Salor guls divided or flanked by 10 partial Tekke guls. The number of guls (6) in the design of the piece indicates this juval was made in the date to be the latter hgalf of the 19th Century. The Juval is in overall good condition for its age.
