One New Body Cap 99-0092 w/ Bushing Installed for Fox AirShox

Description: This listing is for one (1) new replacement body cap to match up with original part number 99-0092 with new properly installed eyelet bushing (99-0100) for vintage Fox Airshox. These are the shorter of the two body caps Fox offered. Since 2008, these caps are CNC machined in my shop in WI USA from super strong USA sourced 7075-T651 aluminum (Kaiser, with full mill certs on file) to be an exact replacement for the original Fox Airshox part number 99-0092. These are not made in Taiwan from Chinese aluminum. The bushings are also CNC machined at my shop from USA sourced 304 stainless steel. Installation is done with a special tool, chilling the bushing and warming the eyelet, *not* with a press (good luck getting a proper install without the tooling and process.) I used to sell, service and race these shocks 1975 through 1980. I have a few sets on hand for reference and my own use as well as a small stash of NOS parts for reference. We manufacture several versions of the body caps (part numbers 99-0091 and 99-0092) as well as custom lengths and configurations so please feel free to contact us if you need any of these.
