Description: This is a Silver coloured pendant necklace made from a Hong Kong ONE DOLLAR coin. The earliest is from 1960, latest from 2017. There a three versions & all are Copper-Nickel. From 1960 to 1972 they have a diameter of 30 mm with a Crowned Lion. From 1978 to 1992 they reduced to 25 mm with the Lion & Queen's Head. The third version from 1994 has the Hong Kong Orchid. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The cable chain is new & Silver plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can be extended to 500 mm (20"). The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
