This is from the film days and a lens for the OM series manual focus film cameras, such as the OM1-2-3-4, etc. series. Glass is clean and clear, no haze, fungus or scratches. Focus is smooth and proper. Aperture blades are clean and snappy. Cosmetically it is used with someone scratching of some number (not serial) on the base.
