Description: Hard to find 1-inch NPT quick opening bronze valve in very good condition. Patented Oct. 14, 1902. Possibly used for a steam engine or a hit & miss air start valve. The mounting holes are about 5/16 inch in diameter and measure 2 3/8 inches, center to center. Works as it should. The valve has a cast iron reducer screwed in. Reducing the hole from 1 inch NPT to 3/4 NPT threads. This valve will be very carefully packaged to protect it from damage during the shipping process. Thanks for looking.
