Description: For sale is this antique cooper's adze, weighing 2lbs.7.6 ounces. Unbranded, the head measures 7-7/8" long, with a 2-1/2" wide edge, with a 1-3/8" square face, There are cracks in the steel, and chipping on the face, all as pictured. The 7-3/4" long handle is very badly cracked and unusable. It's working days are most likely over, but it's a great piece and would make a nice wall hanger or as part of a antique tool vignette.
