Description: OLD Chisel carved cedar bowl, purchased at a collectors estate in Seattle Washington. His collection included carvings from Vancouver island region in Canada, circa 1950's and older. Signed MJB. Bowl has uniform small chisel marks throughout, giving it a beautiful texture. 18" long 8" wide 3.5" Thick, Cedar is quite aged with a rich patina. There is a sliver missing behind the ear, not visible from front.
