Description: Beautiful ornate Lunkenheimer Co. Alpha No.5 chrome plated pump oiler in very good condition. The oiler was made in Cincinnati, Ohio. Unfortunately, the glass is plexiglass. The chrome is wearing through to the brass in a few places. Everything moves and works as it should. The mounting threads are 3/8-inch NPT. Not sure if this was for a steam engine. Hit & miss engine or very early machine tool. It stands about 8 1/2 inches high and is about 3 inches in diameter. A beautiful and hard to find addition to your oiler collection.
