If there is any flaws it’s due to the production of these plates. Syracuse plates in the Old Cathay China true blue band with the oriental Blue Willow scene. Overall white color with the blue rim and the oriental blue Willow scene in the center along with the back stamp, made in USA. This particular Pattern was only produced from 1966 through 1970.
