It's a brochure for the Officers' Club of the Army and Navy at 730 Fifth Avenue in New York City, "The Club in the Clouds," with photos and details on dues for the club. Measures 4 by 9 1/4 when folded. Cool brochure with a great low opening bid. Very light so can go the new First Class equivalent.
