Description: Used intake manifold and carbs purchased from prior owner who stated he had the carbs professionally rebuilt. Looks like the outsides of the carbs were re-dyed as well, not paint. It was never put on an engine, just sat in storage. Carbs are just snugly bolted on manifold. The carbs are competition 500 cfm 4761S, both matching. These carbs never came with chokes. I am very familiar with the Carter AFB and have rebuilt many over the years, so I took these apart for inspection. I can see that new kits were installed. All looked good, so they were ultra sonic cleaned and put back together. Not sure how old the kits are but they looked good. So not certain if new kits are needed. The intake looks very nice. Can see one small crack at front threaded hole area, not all the way through. Took pics of top and bottom in that area, if not using this hole should not be a problem. All threads look good. Carbs, jetting, metering rods, springs may need to be adjusted to suit your engine. Take a good look at pics. Based on eBay's description of used parts and the fact that I have not used this intake or carbs myself I am listing them as parts or repair.
