Permanently out of print.NOTE: This music was in a box in the basement of a music store that had a broken water pipe in the Northridge earthquake of 1994. There are some faint stains (probably from some mold that died many years ago), on some of the pages. The music is very readable, and the staples have rusted. Check out the pictures for examples.
