This three season dress is a pullover style with a flattering shirred waist and a tie at the back neck that allows you to adjust the fit of the bodice. The dress is sleeveless but the fabric covers the shoulders almost like a cap sleeve. Definitely covers even wide bra straps. The cotton / rayon blend fabric has a lovely flowy drape and there are side pockets. Length is below the knee - this dress is approx 31" from the middle of the waist shirring to the hem. A great transitional piece - can be worn alone in the summer, but also looks great layered with a jean jacket or sweater. This dress was ordered in the wrong size and never worn.
