This appears to be a knee length dress but that is also relative depending on the wearer's height.The lace top is winter white with grayish blue insets and the skirt is navy blue. Closure is a hidden back zipper (you can see the key if you look but this type of zipper is referred to as hidden). The fabric is various depending on where it is in the dress; the top is lace, the skirt is solid and the skirt is also lined with the lining tacked down on the sides as shown in two photos; please view the final photo as it is a picture of the fabric tag with a description of the fabric used in this dress.
