Sufficient for 15-25 L of must. Dose the recommended amount of medium in three equal portions:I - before yeast inoculation,II - after 2 - 3 days of fermentation,III - after approximately 10 days, when must °Bg has dropped to 8 - 12. Dissolve portions of the nutrient solution in about 100 ml of must, then pour into the fermentation container and stir. Do not add the nutrient solution directly to the yeast inoculation.
