I have looked at very many(Maybe millions) of postcards and don't remember ever seeing one similar, and it is published by F.A.Owen ( a nationwide publisher) not a local. The sender probably glued his or her picture to the opening. I offer an enlarged image for better viewing. The postcard has light corner and or edge wear. The colored border is a cardboard panel so that all edges of the postcard are visible. Be sure to "click image to view larger version" if you are interested in the postcard. USA domestic buyer has free mailing. Foreign postage is $2.00. I do combine winnings to save on postage costs. The postcard(s) will be mailed in a 4 X 6 acrylic hard holder that can be reused.
