Box is open but the unit is practically brand new. I needed a particular sound for a song I produced so I bought this, used it ONCE, and packed it back up in the original box, HONEST. Protective plastic still on unit. EVERYTHING INCLUDED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING except for the software download card which is available online (Nova Website). Meanwhile I've filled the available preset banks with a MUCH BETTER array of sounds (one of which we needed for our recording, and the other came with it). I've included the list in the user manual. If you'd like other sound banks, just go to the website and download them. IT's REALLY COOL.Paid $450 in 2022 and it's been sitting in a closet since. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS DEAL!!!
