MODEL: D203-6AGE: COPYRIGHT DATE 1990, Stamped "I" on the pliers and "H" on the handles, so I believe they are 1996 or 1997MADE IN USAHIGH-QUALITY HEAVY-DUTYFEATURES: Standard long nose design with cutting knives at the hinge. With one handy tool, you can cut, loop, and wrap wire. Plastic-dipped comfort handles minimize fatigue. Condition: New Vintage Old Stock: This one is in the best condition. I don't see any rust, but I can't open the package without devaluing the item. The cardboard packaging has some bends and wear. PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS BEFORE BUYING.
