Measures 9 1/2" x 6 3/4" with the cover having stains/wear, but interior of book is clean and has all 141 pages intact along with a fold out on page 35.. There are a few pages with writing throughout the book, but all of it does appear to be in pencil, so can easily be removed.. Will be shipped USPS 1st class with tracking..
