Most of the made in Japan pots are: 6MM or 0.236" These Potentiometer are CTS, Date Code 1970, week 36. They are very close to the original CTS pot that was used in these Marantz Pre-amps. The terminals are different, just need to add wires to connect. (The original had longer terminals) The shaft is different, This Pot had a serrated shaft. (The original was smooth or D) This was resolved by adding a brass coupling to convert the shaft to smooth. The loudness tap, this pot has 2 taps. 1 at approx. 10K and 1 at approx. 28K. I think the original tap was 15K. If you want 15K, then simply add a 4.7K/5K/5.1K resistor in series to the 10K tap. The resistor can be used as the terminal lead between the board and pot taps. If you decide to leave the resistor out of the installation, then the loudness boost will be reduced. See photos with Pot installed. Resistors for loudness modification not included.
