It is radiused to fit 28.6 mm tubes but can easily be made to fit 31.7mm. The slot length end to end is 21mm. There is a small locating pin cast in on the inside that can easily be removed if not used. We assume no liability if this fitting is modified, brazed or welded on. No returns or refunds.
