It has never been mounted and is undamaged with posts in place. The mounts are also undamaged and the data plate reads JACK & HEINTZ PREC. IND., PART GC 27-2A, SPEC. NO. BAC 10-931-2, VOLTAGE RATING 28, CURRENT RATING 600, MANUFACTURED BY HARTMAN ELECTRICAL MFG. CO. Unfortunately I have no way to test it and it is being listed AS IS.
