Description: Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Cornell Dubilier Tiny Chief capacitor. This is marked .015 uf 600v, and will test a tiny bit higher, with minimal leakage/ESR. I have almost never seen Tiny Chief caps test this well. These are great for use in amplifiers where you want something that can handle full voltage, and are excellent for guitar use as well.
