Created by Deborah Edwards, the collection was inspired by the Great Blue Heron often found standing majestically on her dock early in the morning. Splendid and stately, even prehistoric in appearance, the Great Blue Heron is one of the most intriguing birds that can be found throughout North America along rivers, lakes, and ponds. Tranquil Waters features the magnificent Great Blue Heron among lily pads and reeds in watery hues from teal to turquoise with accents in navy, green and white. Coordinating lily pads, dragonflies and textures complement the featured panel and border stripe. As well, the collection includes a full width ombre and an ombre 108" backing providing a multitude of creative project possibilities. 100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold, tumble dry cool, do not bleach, iron on back side if necessary.
